I can't remember when I first saw this color on a blog, but I knew I had to have it. I was on the hunt looking for a needle in a haystack. It was absolutely sad and ridiculous, but...I found it. So happy was I. LOL
My only concern was, I was never a big fan of milky like nail polishes. They just never worked, but I was very determined to make this one work. (You'll note that I am stubborn as all get out.) I paired it up with a teal nail polish by Soo. I found it at my local beauty supply store.
